This is our second pair of pants (next size up) and I find them to be well made, easy to care for and durable. They have been updated with reinforcing in the crotch and butt. I had to replace the zipper in the first pair (after a year of wear) and from a sewing view they are certainly well put together. They have a side stretch band which helps when you are bending over the plate to make the right call. I would recommend them to anyone who umpires.

These are reinforced butt and crotch, very roomy and a thick material. Definately good for years of use.
